Every part of the design will be discussed, and we do not lay a single brick until you are happy. Once you are happy, we draw up the plans and submit them to the relevant departments for approval.

Submission of plans

When you’re happy with the design of the project we must make sure the authorities and other departments are happy with the plans too, only when they are then will we proceed with the build.

The build

All builds have a project manager so you will be given timescales and regular updates. We are experts in being reliable and efficient. Any concerns, you will know exactly who to ask.
